Qualifications

  • Complete training programs of ongoing relevance and update qualifications as necessary i.e
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • BASSET Certified
  • Prior food and beverage experience (1-2 years)
  • Weekend and holiday availability is a MUST; we are open 360 days per year

  • To provide exceptional customer service to all 360 CHICAGO guests and to promote Chicago as a visitor destination while ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations in every way, every time.
  • Provide a visible customer service presence by meeting and greeting customers, as well as preparing coffee beverages, cocktails, and food selections to standard as set by Laxamana Bake Shoppe & Bistro.
  • Follow through to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Maximize customer service by developing and maintaining effective relationships with personnel across department lines and externally.
  • Ensure the delivery of company brand, vision, culture, and values through the provision of effective operational practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing solutions and reconciliation for any problems that should arise during their experience.
  • Report deficiencies within the properties to management and recommend solutions to maintain efficiency.
  • Promote and up sell all products, menu items and current promotions to achieve additional revenue opportunities.
